FAQ’s What is our turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time is 10-14 business days. During holidays, turnaround times may be extended.

 

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We use USPS for shipping. Route Insurance is available for a nominal fee and it is recommended to use Route with every purchase.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Please select local pickup at checkout and pickup instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

 

How do I choose the correct size?

Refer to the size chart for measurements. Sizing is in unisex sizing. If you have any questions about sizing, contact us before ordering.

 

What is our return policy?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items. We apologize for any inconvenience. If the item is defective upon receipt, it will be replaced. Please send proof of defect for replacement.

 

How do I care for my new shirt?

Machine wash inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry inside out on low heat. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or iron.

 

*All orders are subject to shirt color availability. If a shirt is not available, we will contact you for a second color choice. Photos are mock ups of the actual item. Shirt color and graphic colors may vary slightly due to lighting and computer monitor settings. Please take note of the design color when choosing a shirt color. Dark designs will not show up well on darker color shirts and light designs will not show up well on light color shirts.
