Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the US, at the moment we are unable to ship internationally.

You will receive and email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email once your order has shipped. Items are not shipped immediately once tracking is emailed but we will do our best to make is a quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 days to process your order.

We use USPS First Class and Priority to mail all orders.  

Our hours of operation are Monday- Friday 9AM- 5PM EST. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order & 1-3 days for shipping.

Shipping is calculates by the total weight of the order, the destination of shipping location and the shipping method selected. Our customer service department will be able to provide the same information you see using the tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If you have any questions about the location of your  package contact you r shipping carrier directly.
